Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. All payments take place in a secure environment outside the Online Store – via the respective bank's secure portal or via Stripe's secure credit card processing system. The merchant does not have access to the customer's bank or credit card details.

Yes, Marmes Market does not see or store your card details. All transactions are conducted through encrypted channels directly within the bank's portal or via certified payment providers (Maksekeskus, Stripe).
What happens if my payment fails?
Please check if online payments are enabled for your card and if you have sufficient funds. If the issue persists, contact your bank or our support at info@marmesmarket.ee.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are always sent to the same account or card used for the original purchase. The refund will be made immediately, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes, in cooperation with Inbank, we offer "Slice it" and installment solutions. Simply choose the Inbank payment method at checkout and follow the instructions.
