1. General Provisions
This license agreement defines the buyer’s rights and obligations regarding the use of digital music content, including MP3, FLAC, WAV files, cover artwork, metadata, and any related materials. By purchasing or downloading the digital product, the buyer fully agrees to the terms of this agreement.
2. Copyright and Ownership
All digital files are protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties. The buyer does not obtain ownership of the work. All rights not expressly granted in this agreement remain with the rights holder.
3. License Types
3.1. Personal License
The buyer receives a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, and revocable license to use the digital music file for personal listening only.
Permitted:
- Listening for personal enjoyment
- Storing the file on the buyer’s personal devices
Prohibited:
- Sharing, copying, or distributing the file to any third party
- Uploading the file to the internet, cloud services, or social media
- Using the file in videos, advertisements, podcasts, or any creative projects
- Using the file at public events, DJ sets, radio broadcasts, or performances
- Modifying, remixing, or converting the file beyond personal use
Legal Notice:
The personal license does not grant any distribution, public‑use, or creative‑reuse rights. Any sharing or public use constitutes a breach of this license and may result in civil liability, damages, and, where applicable, criminal prosecution.
3.2. Commercial License
This license grants limited rights to use the music file for commercial purposes, subject to restrictions.
Permitted:
- Use in advertisements, social media posts, and online videos
- Use in internal corporate communication
- Use in podcasts or as background music
- Use at public events that are not ticketed or revenue‑generating
Prohibited:
- Reselling or redistributing the file
- Uploading the file to music platforms (Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, etc.)
- Using the file in DJ sets or radio broadcasts without an additional license
- Modifying, remixing, or editing the file without written permission
Legal Notice:
The commercial license does not grant rights to distribute the work as a musical product or to use it in music production. Any file‑based distribution or unauthorized public use is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Extended Commercial License
This license is intended for professional use and grants broader rights than the standard commercial license.
Permitted:
- Use in advertisements, films, television, and large‑scale media
- Use in DJ sets, radio broadcasts, and public events
- Use in paid or revenue‑generating projects
- Modifying, remixing, or editing the file, provided it does not create a new musical work intended for distribution
Prohibited:
- Reselling the file as a musical work
- Uploading the file to music platforms as original content
- Using the file in albums, compilations, or singles
Legal Notice:
The extended license does not grant authorship or distribution rights. All rights remain with the original creator, and the buyer may not claim ownership of the work.
4. Prohibited Activities (Applicable to All License Types)
- Copying or distributing the file in any form
- Sharing the file with friends, family, or third parties
- Uploading the file to YouTube, TikTok, SoundCloud, or similar platforms without a valid license
- Any activity that violates copyright law
5. Liability for Violations
Violation of this license may result in:
- Civil liability
- Claims for damages
- Reimbursement of legal costs
- Criminal liability where applicable
The rights holder may initiate legal action in cases of unauthorized distribution, copying, or public use.
6. Buyer’s Responsibility
The buyer is responsible for securely storing the digital file. If the file becomes accessible to third parties due to negligence, it is considered a breach of this license.
7. License Duration
The license is valid indefinitely unless the buyer violates the terms. In case of violation, the rights holder may revoke the license without notice.
8. Refunds
Digital products are non‑refundable because the file becomes accessible immediately upon purchase.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in Estonian courts.

1. General Provisions
This agreement governs the buyer’s rights and obligations regarding the use of music contained on a physical CD, including audio recordings, artwork, metadata, and any related materials. By purchasing the CD, the buyer agrees to the terms of this license.
2. Copyright and Ownership
All audio recordings and artwork on the CD are protected by copyright laws and international intellectual property treaties. The buyer obtains ownership of the physical disc only, not the intellectual property. All rights not expressly granted remain with the rights holder.
3. License Types
3.1. Personal License
The buyer receives a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to use the music for private listening.
Permitted:
- Playing the CD on personal audio equipment
- Storing the physical disc in the buyer’s personal collection
Prohibited:
- Copying, ripping, digitizing, or converting the audio into MP3, FLAC, WAV, or any other format
- Uploading the audio to the internet, cloud services, or social media
- Sharing, lending, or distributing digital copies
- Using the music in videos, advertisements, podcasts, or creative projects
- Public performance, DJ use, radio use, or commercial use
Legal Notice:
The personal license does not grant any reproduction, distribution, or public‑use rights. Unauthorized copying or digitizing of the CD may result in civil liability, damages, and criminal prosecution.
3.2. Commercial License
This license applies only if explicitly purchased or granted.
Permitted:
- Use in internal business environments
- Use as background music in non‑ticketed public spaces (shops, cafés, exhibitions)
Prohibited:
- Broadcasting, DJ use, or radio use
- Uploading or distributing the audio
- Using the music in advertisements, films, or monetized content
- Creating derivative works
Legal Notice:
Commercial use without a valid license is prohibited. Public performance rights may require additional licensing from local collecting societies.
3.3. Extended Commercial License
Granted only under a separate written agreement.
Permitted:
- Use in films, TV, advertisements, and large‑scale media
- DJ use, radio broadcasting, and public events
- Editing or modifying the audio for integration into audiovisual works
Prohibited:
- Selling the music as a standalone product
- Uploading to streaming platforms as original content
- Claiming authorship
Legal Notice:
Extended rights do not transfer ownership. All copyrights remain with the original creator.
4. Prohibited Activities (All License Types)
- Copying or ripping the CD
- Uploading the audio to any online platform
- Sharing or distributing digital versions
- Using the music in violation of copyright law
5. Liability for Violations
Violations may result in civil liability, damages, legal cost reimbursement, and criminal penalties. The rights holder may initiate legal action for unauthorized copying, distribution, or public use.
6. Buyer’s Responsibility
The buyer must store the CD securely. If unauthorized copies originate from the buyer’s disc, the buyer may be held responsible.
7. License Duration
The license is valid indefinitely unless violated. In case of violation, the rights holder may revoke the license.

Physical products may be returned only if unopened and undamaged, according to store policy. Digital rights are non‑refundable.
